Join Dr. Vaidya for these Mini-Retreats intended to help you maintain your mindfulness practice. We will also review a topic in relation to stress resilience of interest to participants.
These retreats are open to all of Dr. Vaidya's patients, former group attendees, and others with a past experience with Mindfulness-Based therapies. Pre-registration is REQUIRED!
Yoga, Mindfulness, and Compassion based practices have been scientifically shown to be beneficial for stress related illnesses, including inflammatory illnesses, depression, anxiety and burnout.
