Mindful Movement, Compassionate Self Care©

 

This group is a weekly ongoing group with flexible participation, intended to help solidify practices in Stress Release, Mindfulness, and Self Compassion.

 

It is available to Dr. Vaidya’s current and former patients. It is also appropriate for individuals who would like to build a mindfulness and loving-kindness practice to help cope with stress and anxiety. Participants who are new to Dr. Vaidya with need to book an intake appointment prior to attending the group.

 

Where: 1466 Bathurst St, Suite 306

 

When: Friday afternoon from 1-3 pm starting Nov 7, 2014.

 

Fees: $20/per class to cover services and materials not covered by OHIP.  

 

Please register before as spaces are limited to 12 participants
