Action leads to Motivation. In this 4-week Lifestyle Medicine Course, we will come together as a group to:

  • PRACTICE techniques to help address your stress

  • Review how to REALLY get a good night's sleep

  • Bring CLARITY to the confusion of Nutrition advice and cook a plant-based meal

  • Make exercise easy and  FUN!

  • Patients of Dr Vaidya, Borgono or Chu can register through the Health Myself Portal, indicating "Live Well 4 week Program"

Course fees: 

  • OHIP + $100 (sliding scale) to cover yoga, handouts, online program, meditations and other Non-OHIP covered services.
